There was no hard sell..
The part-ex on my existing car was painless, they gave the full book price for it.
Since purchasing the 2nd hand vehicle from them..it's developed a minor electric glitch..bulb failure light very occasionally comes on and they are going out of their way to sort this.
Compensated me for the minor inconvenience and have made the whole experience hassle free.
